A Word About Privacy

What's Being Done With My Personal Information?

The Mighty Layout Boys believe that your personal information is just that - yours. Accordingly, we've adopted a very simple privacy policy. We will never sell, rent, trade, give away, or otherwise transfer information you give us to any third party without your permission¹. Ever. Also, we won't use the information you give in one context (like an order form) to send you sales solicitations unless we get your permission in advance. We believe that this is the only way to treat our customers.

If you feel that we're not living up to this policy, please contact the webmaster and describe the problem. We'll do everything we can to correct it.

If it ever becomes necessary to amend this policy, we'll provide a prominent notice in the website about it. But we won't retroactively apply any new policy to information we gathered in the past.

The "Fine Print"...

1. Note that some of the items we sell are "drop shipped" - meaning we've contracted with another organization to provide the item, and the item is shipped directly from that company. In this case, we must obviously provide the other company with your shipping information.
